Luna Pérez Visairas is a visual artist, photographer and participatory art specialist.

Graduated in Fine Arts at Basque Country University, she expanded her studies at the University of Arts London, where she took an MA in Photography (London College of Communication).

With an extensive experience in leading participatory photography and visual arts projects, she has collaborated with Guggenheim Museum Bilbao, Artium Museum-Centre of Contemporary Art, National Autistic Society UK, Basque Institute for Women, etc. Since 2008 she has been collaborating with outreach organisations Community Focus and GoldDustArts based in London. The result of her last educational project “M is for Autism” at Limpsfield Grange School in Surrey for teenager girls with autism spectrum disorder has been published by Jessica Kingsley Publishers and featured on The Guardian & The Telegraph.

She is founder member and co-director of the non-profit organization ENELU, Iniciativas de Acción y Creacción for the development of collaborative art programmes and workshops of cultural intervention.

Her photography work has been exhibited in Spain and England and was awarded a Bizkaia Executive Council Grant for Artistic Creation. She has also received grants from the Spanish Ministry of Education and her project “SelfFocus” won an award from Fundation La Caixa in 2013.

Currently she lives in Majorca combining her art work with freelance commissions .
